Project Description:
The Individual Volunteering Project MORE S.Te.P(S) to Solidarity is coordinated by SKE Avgorou and hosted at our Above mentioned Projects based in Avgorou Community. We will bring together young people through the European Solidarity Corps and empower and support vulnerable by responding to societal challenges and needs. The project offers an empowering experience for young people who want to help, learn and develop, while also allowing intercultural exchanges.
Volunteers will be giving their Voluntary service in the projects of the organization, will be participating in the activities of the projects and also will be participating in organizing the rest of activities that SKE Avgorou has during the year (Annual Kids Festival, Red Cross events, Easter Cultural Festival, Final School Events, Christmas School Events, renovation of the School Yard Games, etc). Additional activities that the volunteers might participate are the following and concerns all projects above: - Help in feeding, cleaning, cooking, making breakfast, tiding up rooms, cleanig of outdoor and indoor places;
- Help ( if needed ) in administrative work in the offices of the project;
- Help in excursions and trips of the project they are, by accompanying.
