Project Description:
The number of young people who currently suffer some type of addiction is
constantly increasing. Each year more youngsters go through problems of
drug, alcohol or gambling addictions, among others. With this project
through different artistic skills such as drawing, theater and the recording of
awareness videos we want to raise awareness among young people from
different European countries about this problem. The main objectives that the
"Addicted to youth" project wants to achieve, and reach are the following:
✓ Awareness through different activities such as drawing, theater and
videos about the problems caused by youth addictions.
✓ To consolidate a personal and social maturity that allows them to act
in a responsible and autonomous way and to develop their critical
spirit.
✓ Anticipate and resolve peacefully the social conflicts that affect young
people.
✓ Favor intercultural dialogue to exchange ideas and raise awareness
among young people from different countries in Europe.
✓ Create awareness videos as a prevention and dissemination tool for
addictions.
✓ Analyze this youth problem through non-formal education activities
